Legal Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeuralPath. By accessing our website, engaging with our content, or enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

This agreement supplements and works in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the most specific applicable provision shall take precedence. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

User Obligations and Conduct Requirements

General Conduct Standards

As a user of NeuralPath services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and ethically. This includes maintaining respectful interactions with instructors, staff, and fellow participants in training programs.

1. You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering for programs or submitting inquiries

2. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional behavior during all program activities

3. You must respect confidentiality agreements regarding proprietary course materials and methodologies

4. You agree to follow all policies and guidelines provided during program enrollment

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access to our services:

Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of course materials or lectures

Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized individuals to access program content

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other participants or staff

Commercial use or resale of educational content without explicit written authorization

Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas of our systems

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable Finnish laws, European Union regulations, and international legal requirements when using our services. This includes but is not limited to data protection laws, intellectual property regulations, and educational licensing requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with laws in your jurisdiction.

Age and Capacity Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection Responsibilities

Your Data Privacy Obligations

You are responsible for protecting your own personal information and account security. This includes maintaining strong passwords, not sharing credentials, and promptly notifying us of any suspected security breaches.

You acknowledge that while we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You assume responsibility for your choice to share information through our platform.

• You agree to handle any confidential information obtained through our programs with appropriate care

• You acknowledge our right to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

No Warranty of Outcomes

NeuralPath provides educational training services to help develop technical skills in machine learning engineering. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding:

Specific learning outcomes or skill acquisition levels

Employment opportunities or job placement success

Salary increases or career advancement

Suitability of our programs for your specific career goals

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

— Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

— Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content

— Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

— Warranties regarding the quality of instruction or course materials

Limitation of Liability

NeuralPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including:

Breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Cost of substitute services or educational programs
Any intangible losses or damages to reputation

Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to NeuralPath in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.

Third-Party Content and Services

Our programs may reference or link to third-party resources, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external resources. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Indemnification Obligations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeuralPath, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

A. Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations

B. Your misuse of our services or unauthorized access to restricted content

C. Infringement of intellectual property rights or violation of third-party rights

D. Breach of confidentiality or privacy obligations

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your relationship with NeuralPath and continues for any claims arising from your use of our services.

Force Majeure

NeuralPath shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Force majeure events include but are not limited to:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
Government actions, regulatory changes, or legal restrictions
Labor disputes, strikes, or workforce shortages
Infrastructure failures, internet outages, or technical system failures

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and provide alternative arrangements when feasible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland.

By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts for any legal proceedings. If you are accessing our services from outside Finland, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Before initiating formal legal action, we encourage parties to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You agree to provide written notice of any dispute and allow thirty days for informal resolution efforts.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation before pursuing litigation. Both parties agree to participate in mediation proceedings in good faith if requested.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement and Modifications

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralPath regarding use of our services. This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of our services after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NeuralPath to be effective.
